This is Sami the Seal, a fully equipped pediatric compressor nebulizer machine by PHILIPS RESPIRONICS. 

HIGH STABILITY: High compressor stability and mounting position for the nebulizer kit. The compressor is bottom-weighted to provide stability during therapy.

TUCKER THE TURTLE PEDIATRIC MASK: The ''Tucker the Turtle'' Mask with an original figure painting is designed for children and people of smaller stature. High quality siliconized mask provides stability and comfort. The mask features an additional vent design to keep the airflow medication away from the eyes. ''Tucker the Turtle'' Mask is an aerosol pediatric mask which can be potentially used in almost all compressor machines.

SIDESTREAM NEBULIZER KIT: SideStream Nebulizer Kit improves airflow delivery speed. SideStream's venturi technology provides high speed effective treatment by reducing therapy time.
