I have experienced the Swift FX and the Airfit p10 pillow masks. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Swift FX positive characteristics are the smooth nasal cushion and the siliconized headband. The negative ones are the instability of some sort and the tendency to leak when pressure is over 13. Airfit p10 positive characteristics are stability at the sensitive nostrils area and its proper function even with a high CPAP pressure over 13. The negative ones are the poor quality of the headband, so you need to replace it frequently. However, both masks provide a freedom of movement. I feel good to have ease of movement in my sleep. I just bought this mask system and there are prons and cons.

The good thing is that the nasal pillows are fitting well. You can find 3 sizes (S,M,L). I am size M and they fit totally fine!

The only negative thing that I found was the headband. It is a bit tight for my head and it can not be adjusted!

However, I suggest you to have a try to this mask! It really works!

I have tried out many different masks and almost all types of CPAP masks, I started out with a nasal pillow mask, then with a nasal mask, then came a full face mask and now a nasal pillow mask again! As a CPAP user I can say there is no ideal mask out there and each mask's type has it's own characteristics. The airfit p10 is the most comfortable to use and easy to clean mask, I can easily put it on and take it off and it' s very lightweight and pleasant. Face contact with headgear and nostrils is not a problem anymore, nevertheless it was difficult to handle with my previous masks and I often had red marks on my face in the morning. Overall, with the airfit p10 I am good and more importantly, I feel better every single day. John, SC, US.
