I am so very happy with this nasal pillow. No air leakage and no noise when I turn on my side at night, which is amazing, I don't have to wake up to readjust all the time. I can even have my glasses on to read with this nasal pillow on. The outlet pipe is low so it does not blow all the air into my eyes. Overall, I think that this nasal pillow is a huge improvement and I would definitely recommend that you give it a try. I could not be happier with it.

Nasal pillows cpap masks are generally more comfortable than the full face masks and the nasal masks. I have been using the swift lt from resmed for 7 years and I recently bought the swift fx mask. The swift fx has a better headgear than the swift lt with more stability. Nasal pillows are more comfortable with a better minimal design. The mask arrives with 3pillows in the package, small, medium and large. The minimal design helps to clean the mask parts every day or every couple of days and they dry quickly. The nasal pillows of the swift fx are very quiet during the exhalation phase. The backstrap is somewhat unstable when I change position on my bed and the top siliconized strap is ok. Tristan, Belgium
