Almost leak-free. It fits well on my face. The best part of the mask is the microfit dial on the forehead support! It's my favourite mask!

Mirage Quattro is by far the best full face cpap mask for me. Allows any sleeping position, it's easy to clean, and fits easily on face. Really comfortable cpap mask!
